* Monthly service fees are charged in addition to the Rental Fee. We aim to provide a perfect experience for our guests and provide a serviced luxury environment, tailored to your personal requirements.
Services include the support of our concierge and house managers, daily housekeeping, daily fresh towels and beach towels, a weekly full clean with linen change. Pools, terraces and gardens cleaned and maintained, heating of both swimming pools, use of the electric car charger, unlimited Nespresso unlimited organic luxury teas, coffee and drinking chocolate, luxury toiletries and on arrival, a welcome pack of mostly organic essential foods and a selection of beverages.
Service fees vary subject to the number of guests and the agreed level of service provided. Service fees average from €3000 to €5000 per month.
A security deposit of €10,000 is required
